On Wednesday July 27^th, 2016 Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department, Pixley Substation responded to the 200 Block of Evans Road in Tipton in regards to a report of a fight in progress. Deputies arrived on scene and learned the victim was chased by a male suspect wielding a knife. The suspect attempted to assault the victim; however, he fled the scene when Deputies arrived.
