On 8/25/16, at approximately 2000 hrs, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Reedley Hospital regarding a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Upon arrival Deputies contacted the victim who said a group of unknown suspects assaulted him physically and one suspect struck him in the head with a metal bat. The victim sustained a laceration to the right side of his head. The suspects were not located. The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
