On 04/19/2016 at 1927 hours, Sheriff Deputies responded to the 34000 block of Road 140, in Visalia, regarding a possible assault with pepper spray. Deputies arrived and located a subject suffering from being sprayed on her face and eyes.

Deputies searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him at the scene. The suspect is outstanding but Deputies are following up on several possible leads.
