On 8-22-15 at about 0440 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the 20800 blk of Guerrero, Richgrove regarding a suspicious circumstance. Upon arriving and contacting the reporting party, Deputies learned earlier this morning, the victim was approached by an unknown male. The male grabbed the victim and attempted to pull the victim away. The victim fought the male off and called for help. The victim was not injured and nothing was taken. The unknown suspect fled the scene.

This case is under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
