On 07-21-16 at approximately 0434 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an attempted theft of an RTV Kabota located at the 20300 block of Road 36 in Tulare. Deputies arrived and discovered the unknown suspect was seen sitting inside the Kabota with the engine started. 

The suspect exited the Kabota and was last seen south bound on Road 36 in a white sedan vehicle (no make or model).  The attempted theft occurred at approximately 0350 hours on 7/21/2016. The Kabota is valued at $13,000 and was recovered at the scene.
