Narrative:  

On 8/30/17 the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of Road 184 and Avenue 8 regarding the victim of an assault.  The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition where she was treated for stab wounds.  The suspect is still outstanding.
