On 10/4/17 at 1912 hours, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Sultana Market in the area of Road 104 and Avenue 416 for a report of a gunshot victim in the parking lot.  Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
