Narrative:

On 1/7/18 at approximately 1221 hours, deputies at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility responded to a disturbance at the facility. Upon arrival at the scene, inmate Eric Wyatt (33 Years) was found to have physically assaulted inmate Roy Martin (68 Years). 

Martin sustained multiple injuries to his upper body and was transported to an area hospital for medical assistance.

Wyatt was placed under arrest and booked for Attempted Homicide (664/187 PC) and Mayhem (203 PC).
