On Friday August 17th, 2018 at approximately 0010 hrs   Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 19500 block of Vista Ave in the community of Plainview regarding a report of a gunshot wound victim. When Deputies arrived they located the victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to his person. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition. Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
