Narrative:

On Sunday April 14, 2019 at 0005 hrs, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Delano hospital regarding a report of a gunshot wound. Upon arrival Deputies learned the victim had sustained one gunshot wound to the upper torso and the injury was non-life threatening. Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes unit responded to the hospital and learned the shooting had occurred at the 2400 block of Highway 99 near Delano.
