S1-Hispanic male, 16-20 years, 5-4 to 5-6 tall, 140-160 lbs. wearing black ball cap, blue white and black striped shirt, dark shorts with white and black high top t-shoes and white tube socks.

S2- Hispanic male, 16-20 years, 5-4- to 5-6 tall, 140-160 lbs. wearing black ball cap with a “P” on the front, white shirt, gray-black-white checkered shorts, white tube socks, white t-shoes and a dark rosary type necklace.

S3-Hispanic male, 16-20 years, 5-4 to 5-6 tall, 140-160 lbs. wearing a gray t-shirt, gray-black-white checkered shorts, black t-shoes, dark sunglasses with a shaved head.

Suspect vehicle-small 4 door sedan possibly a Mitsubishi Mirage with paper plates, tinted windows and possible damage to the passenger side.

On 6-12-15 at approx. 2030 hrs. Deputies were dispatched to 10427 Ave. 416, Sultana (Sultana Food Mart) regarding a gunshot wound victim.

Upon arrival Deputies located the victim lying on the sidewalk in front of the store with a single gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to an area hospital by air flight where he is listed in critical condition.

Violent Crimes Detectives were called to the scene who took over the investigation.

During the investigation Detectives discovered the victim had been involved in a verbal argument with 3 Hispanic males when suspect #1 pulled out a handgun and fired 1 round striking the victim in the chest. The suspects then ran to an awaiting vehicle and fled the area.
