(S1) Anaya-Casarez, Dominic Joe DOB: 9-07-1998

(S2) Arellano, Eddie DOB: 6-22-1988

 

Tulare County Sheriff Deputies responded to a residence located in the 30900 block of Wolf Rd, Goshen regarding numerous shots fired at a residence.  Upon their arrival Deputies learned the residence was occupied at the time of the shots however no injuries were reported.  While investigating this shooting, Deputies learned of another shooting at a residence that had just occurred in the 30700 block of Dollarhide, Goshen.  The suspect(s) description and of their vehicle was similar as to the one of the earlier shooting.  No injuries were reported at the second location either.

 

While investigating the two shootings, two additional subjects approached Deputies and reported they had been approached by two Hispanic males in a vehicle matching the descriptions for the vehicle used in the shootings and brandished a firearm at them.  None of the two victims were injured. 

 

TAGNET Detectives assisted in the Investigation and located the vehicle used in the shootings in the city of Visalia.  The driver was taken identified as Dominic Joe Anaya.  He was taken into custody without incident.  Through the investigation Detectives learned Eddie Arellano had also been involved in the earlier incidents.  He was contacted near his residence in the city of Visalia and was arrested for brandishing a firearm and being a felon in possession of ammunition.  Both subjects were booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
