Following a physical altercation around 6 a.m. Tuesday, June, 25, 2019 in Tulare, one man was injured and another man was arrested for attempted murder.
Robert Ramirez, 46, of Tulare was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Deputies were called to the scene on the 22700 block of Road 60 and learned that the victim sustained injuries to his face that were not life-threatening.
During the earlier altercation, the suspect had fired a round into the victim’s driver-side door. However, the victim was not injured as a result of the shooting.
Detectives from the General Investigations Unit were called out to the scene.
The suspect was later apprehended during a traffic stop and was identified as Robert Ramirez, 46, of Tulare. Ramirez was booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
