On 06/05/18 at approximately 1720 hours, deputies responded to the 12900 block of Tactacan Avenue, in Orosi, regarding an intoxicated female acting erratic toward neighbors. Deputies arrived and contacted the suspect in the front lawn of a residence. The suspect, Melissa Gutierrez, was arrested and transported to the Adult Pre-Trail Facility for booking. 

Upon arrival to the Adult Pre-Trial Facility, the suspect began to act aggressive toward deputies, assaulting one of them. She was booked for 242 PC, 69 PC, and 647(f) PC.
