On Wednesday, 9/20/2017 at 1754 hours, Deputies were sent to the Family Ranch Inc at 5200 Avenue 320 in Goshen for a report of an employee brandishing a firearm. It was reported the suspect was seen by several employees displaying a firearm after an argument with other employees.

Upon arrival, deputies searched the outdoor open-sided packing shed which was currently in operation with numerous employees present. The suspect was located and identified at the rear of the business and detained without incident. 

The investigation revealed evidence to support that a weapon was brought into the workplace and brandished in front of several employees. The suspect displayed signs/symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was transported and booked at Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
