On 04/4/19 at approximately 0657 hours Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to a construction site located in the 7300 block of Avenue 312 in Goshen Ca in regards to a burglary. Upon arrival Deputies contacted Reporting Parties who said unknown subjects, gained access into two adjacent construction sites and stole $20,181 worth of tools.  Detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were called and took over the investigation.
