Narrative:

On 7/2/16 at 1738 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Cutler/Orosi Substation responded to the 9100 block of Avenue 392 regarding a residential burglary in progress. Upon arrival, the victim stated an unknown male subject had been inside their residence while they were home for an unknown amount of time. The victim confronted the suspect at which time he fled on foot from the residence with an undisclosed amount of the victim’s property in his possession. The victim described the suspect as a Hispanic male, light complexion, in his late 20’s, wearing a light colored shirt, tan shorts, and carrying a backpack.
