SUSPECT:  Arrested:  Anne Daniel Mohoff, 47 year old, resident of Fresno, Ca.  

On 10-30-18, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Property Crimes Unit assumed a Burglary investigation, which occurred in the 12500 Block of Rd 202, Porterville Ca.  During the investigation, it was learned that a suspect named Anne Mohoff entered two separate residences within Tulare County by force and stole several items of value from within each locked and secured home. Detectives later discovered that some of the stolen property had been pawned by the suspect at a local pawn shop in Fresno, Ca.  A victim later positively identified items as being stolen from her residence. Mohoff was also positively identified through video surveillance and photographic lineup.

On 11-13-18 Detectives located Mohoff in Fresno.  Mohoff admitted to the thefts, stating she entered the residences by force knowing that the targeted victim’s would be attending church. A search of her vehicle and home revealed no other stolen property.  She was subsequently arrested and booked into custody at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Pre-Trial Facility in Visalia.
