On 4/12/18 Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Deputies responded to the 7200 block of Avenue 296 Visalia, CA 93291, regarding a report of an interrupted residential burglary. The Victim, an 82 year old male discovered a male adult exiting his residence carrying a backpack.  The Victim attempted to detain the suspect but the suspect was able to flee the area.

Upon arrival Deputies located the fleeing suspect. Deputies took the suspect into custody. Upon further investigation, Deputies located all of the stolen property and returned it back to the Victim.
