On Nov. 16, 2017 at 1030 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Pixley Substation responded to the area of Road 124 and Avenue 160, regarding a theft from a dairy facility. Preliminary investigation revealed suspects had gained entry into a milking barn, located on the northeast portion of the dairy. Suspect(s) then proceeded to take copper tubing, and tools.

Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Agriculture Crimes Unit were dispatched to the scene and assumed the investigation. The value of loss was estimated at approximately $12,540.

Detectives reviewed security surveillance videos from the area and learned a vehicle arrived at the dairy this morning around 1 a.m. At least three subjects arrived in the vehicle and ultimately gained entry into the milking barn area. Investigators believe the subjects then proceeded to load the cooper tubing and tools into a vehicle before fleeing the scene.
