Arrested: (S) Brian Breceda.  Adult, Visalia.

Narrative: On 1/29/2016 at approximately 0029 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department, along with assisting Officers from Woodlake Police Department, were dispatched to an address on Road 156 in Ivanhoe regarding a report of subjects attempting to gain entry into a house.

Upon the initial Officer’s arrival (S) Brian Breceda was found inside the house along with another unidentified suspect. Both suspects fled on foot from Officers but (S) Brian Breceda was located hiding in a nearby yard. The second suspect is still outstanding.

During the course of investigation, Deputies learned (S) Brian Breceda unlawfully entered the victim’s home causing damage.  (S) Brian Breceda was booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
