Narrative:

On April 17, 2016 at about 1000 hours. Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Porterville Substation were dispatched to the 2100 block of Avenue 252 in Lindsay regarding vandalism. Upon arrival, Deputies learned the suspects broke a window to a tractor. Upon investigation, deputies learned the property had been burglarized with multiple victims and removed several object(s), generator, tools, water pump from a shed and C-train. Multiple shoe tracks were located.
