On 07-06-2016 at approximately 0145 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 22400 block of Avenue 178 in Porterville regarding a residential burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown subject entered the residence while the home owner was asleep inside and stole a Samsung television and a purse containing money.
