Deputies responded to the 7100 block of Road 248, in Terra Bella, for a report of a burglary which occurred over the weekend. Suspect(s) stole a large 10-foot-by 20-foot red Persian area rug, an antique wooden chest with gold flowers on the front and other items including bedding and clothing.

Loss was estimated at $8,850.
