On 5-11-17, Deputies from the Sheriff's Porterville Substation responded to the area of Road 180 and Avenue 216 in Lindsay in regards to a report of a theft. Upon arrival, Deputies learned a secured storage area was forcibly entered and approximately $500 worth of red dye diesel fuel was taken. Also taken was a “Domries” 10-foot tandem, adjustable vineyard disc, similar to the one pictured.
Detectives are following up on leads as evidence was found on scene.
It was reported that this disc was recently fitted with all new blades and other adjustments, and modifications on this piece of equipment would be identifiable.
