Narrative:

On 09-23-2017 at approximately 0717 hours, Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 17900 block of Avenue 144 regarding a report of a possible theft.

During the investigation, it was discovered that two suspects backed a green Honda Civic with tinted windows into the garage. The suspects loaded the car with an MS 170 steel chainsaw and a cutting torch. One suspect was seen leaving in the Honda civic and the other left in the Tony Barra Farm’s red Honda 400 Quad.
