On Jan. 12, 2018 at approximately 0038 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Porterville Substation were dispatched to the 10600 block of Road 256, in Terra Bella, regarding a Patrol Check.

While checking the area, Deputies observed a vehicle parked on the dirt access road to the south of the address. The access road provides access to the citrus grove just south of the address. The owner of the citrus grove advised Deputies that the vehicle was not supposed to be on the property.

The property was posted with Sheriff's "No Trespassing" signage and the owner requested prosecution.

Deputies approached the vehicle and found it was occupied by Jonah Teal and Krista Dennison-Mulliniks. Upon further investigation, it was learned that forced entry was made into a building on the property and several items were stolen.

Deputies found Teal and Dennison-Mulliniks to be in possession of the stolen property. They were booked at the Porterville Substation for PC 459, HS 11550, PC 602, and PC 182.
