On 03-12-18 at approximately 0530 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address in the 30900 block of Farr Street, in Goshen, in regards to a burglary. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the victim who advised sometime between 03-11-18 at 2130 hours and 03-12-18 at 0500 hours, someone broke the window to his vehicle and stole his car stereo. The victim estimated his loss at $200.
