Narrative:

Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Page, Porterville, in regard to an in progress burglary. On arrival Deputies located the suspect, Jose Guadalupe Ramirez Quinonez 12-12-94, inside the residence. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was found in possession of property taken from the residence, including the clothing he was wearing. The stolen property was returned to the victim.
