On 07-07-18 at approximately 2320 hours, deputies were dispatched to a possible burglary in the 22000 block of Boston Avenue, in Lindcove. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a vacant residence under construction had been broken into and several items had been stolen.

Loss and damage were estimated at $730.

Deputies reviewed surveillance footage from a Ring flood light camera and observed two female suspects had committed the burglary. Deputies were able to identify one of the suspects as Jennifer Johnson. Deputies searched the surrounding Exeter and Woodlake areas and located Jennifer Johnson during a traffic stop. Johnson was with another female, Cindy Moreno-Clem, who was positively identified from the surveillance footage. Both suspects were taken into custody and charged with PC 459.

All stolen property was recovered and later returned to the victim.
