On 08-17-18 at approximately 1634hrs Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff Department were dispatched to the 12300 Block of Avenue 388 in Cutler, regarding a burglary from a residence.  Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence and removed $3,850 worth of personal property.
