On 09-23-18 at 1545 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Carl Smith Middle School, in regard to a vandalism. The reporting party advised trash cans were stolen and the boy’s restroom was damaged.  Total loss and damages totaled $2700.00 dollars.
