Narrative: 

On 6/29/2015 at 0700 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to Elbow Creek Elementary School in Visalia for a reported burglary. It was discovered an unknown suspect(s) gained access to school grounds by cutting the chain on the perimeter gate.  The suspect(s) removed a padlock from a locked storage building and stole (1) red metal gas can. The gas can was identified as an Eagle Safety Can with a lockable cap. The total loss was valued at $100.00
