CAUGHT YELLOW HANDED!

CAUGHT BLUE HANDED!

 

On June 26th at around 3 p.m, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office AG Crimes Detectives were conducting follow up investigation into a series  of agricultural related thefts from the rural community of Alpaugh. Detectives located evidence which led them to a house in the 3900 Block of Park Avenue, Alpaugh. Detectives located the suspect vehicle and the stolen property at the residence.
 
The stolen property was marked with CSI Smart Water, which is invisible. The suspect was contacted at the residence and was arrested. Detectives checked the suspect’s hands and clothing for the presence of Smart Water using an ultra violet smart water light. The suspect’s hands, face and clothing emitted a bright yellow glow under the light indicating positive contact with the Smart Water.
 
36 year old Orlando Gonzales from Alpaugh was arrested and booked into the Pre Trial Facility for Grand Theft.
