On 3-25-16, Deputies from Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a check fraud in the Terra Bella area.
During the investigation, deputies were informed a female was scammed via a Craigslist ad for a rental property. The victim sent a subject $1,300 but discovered several days later that the subject had no rights to the property.
