SUSPECT: Jose Gallardo – Adult  (arrested)

On above date and time, Deputies from the Sheriff's Pixley Substation responded to the Prince Market, in Pixley, in regards to a subject attempting to cash a fraudulent check. Upon arrival, it was determined the suspect, Jose Gallardo, attempted to cash the fraudulent check but was unsuccessful after the clerk noticed the check to be fraudulent.  

Gallardo was arrested and booked at the Sheriff's Porterville Substation.
