On 3/19/18 at 1127 hours, Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Property Crimes Unit conducted a search warrant in the 32400 block of Road 160, in Ivanhoe, in conjunction with an ongoing stolen property investigation.  While at the location, Detectives contacted a female identified as Rosio Rodriguez, 35, who admitted to previously growing and processing Marijuana at the residence. 

Subsequently, Detectives found five pounds of processed marijuana, which was packaged individually in 1-pound increments, along with more than $7,200 in U.S. Currency. 

Rodriguez did not have an active medical marijuana card in her possession or posted anywhere on the property. Rodriguez was found to have an infant child and other minor juveniles inside the home in areas where they had access to the contraband in violation of child endangerment laws.

Detectives arrested Rodriguez without incident and she was booked at the Adult Pre-trial Facility.
