On 04/20/15 at approximately 2000 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to call regarding an injured child. During the investigation it was discovered the supervising adult was negligent and placed under arrest for Child Endangerment.

Bradley Ancell, a male adult, 31 years old was booked at the Adult Pre Trial Facility.
