On 5-17-14 at approximately 1632 hours, Deputies from the Cutler/Orosi Substation were dispatched to an address located in the 41600 block of Road 130, in the community of Orosi, regarding (S) Andreas Trejo who was destroying the property, had assaulted and removed a 4 year old child by force from the residence and was in possession of a weapon. 
Deputies and Detectives from the Tulare County Gang Violence Suppression Unit arrived on scene and located Trejo who elected to run.  An approximate 10 minute foot pursuit took place in which Trejo jumped through multiple fences and backyards but was subsequently apprehended.
Trejo, who received minor injuries, was transported to the Tulare County Main Jail where he was booked without further incident.
