On 01-28-2016 at 1006 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to an apartment in the 32600 block of Road 158, Ivanhoe, for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted Amador Estrada at the residence and arrested him for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

During a welfare check, Deputies located three juveniles inside the residence and observed poor living conditions. Child Welfare Services responded to the residence and took custody of the three juveniles.

Estrada was transported and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility on the above charges.
