On 4/16/16, approximately 2143 hours, deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’sOffice responded to Best Jewelry and Loan in regards to a burglary.  The witnesses advised the suspect had fled on foot toward the city of Visalia.  The suspect was located and detained.  Upon further investigation, deputies found the suspect had kicked open a door to the business and attempted to take keys to one of the vehicles at the business.  The suspect was later booked at the Adult Pre-Trial facility without incident.

Suspect:
Gutierrez, Julio 18  years old, charged with 459 PC.
