Narrative:                      

On 03-03-2018 at 1750 hours, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team) were conducting a probation search at a residence in the 900 Block of Bradbury, Pixley. While at the residence, the above suspect arrived in a vehicle and was found to have open containers of alcohol inside. The suspect was also unlicensed and on felony probation with search terms. Detectives conducted a search of the vehicle and located a loaded handgun, a high capacity magazine, and several shaved keys which are common for stealing cars.

Ramirez was arrested without incident and subsequently booked at the Porterville Substation on the above charges.
