Narrative:

On 10/15/2016, Deputies responded to a residence to conduct a probation compliance check.  Upon investigation, Deputies observed Manuel Dominguez to be in possession of a firearm, ammunition, evidence of narcotics sales, and narcotics.

This case is currently being investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
