Suspect: Danny Rodriguez, 35 years old from Earlimart

On 2-6-2016, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Pixley Substation responded to an address in the 200 block of South Front in Earlimart for a subject who attempted to hit the victim with a hammer. Upon arrival, and ensuing investigation, Deputies contacted the suspect inside the home and determined that he brandished a hammer and held the victim on her bed while making threats to her. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked.

No injuries were reported.
