On 10/02/2016, Deputies received a report of a battery. After further investigation it was discovered that Victim 1 (V-1) was violently assaulted on two separate occasions by a person identified as Jesus Morales.

During the initial assault, Morales choked V-1 and threatened to kill him at the same time. Many witnesses observed the incident. V-1 had multiple visible injuries to his eyes, face, head, neck, and arms. Although V-1 suffered visible injuries, he did not seek medical attention.
