On 5.12.15 Deputies responded to the 45000 block of Sierra Drive in Three Rivers regarding threats call. Upon arrival deputies made contact with victim who reported the suspect threatened to kill him. Victim reported he feared for his safety due to the suspects’ behavior. During the investigation the suspect identified as Nicole Garcia, Age: 28 arrived back at the scene and was detained. Garcia was found to be on probation and a subsequent search found her to be in possession of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia. Garcia was arrested and booked into Tulare County Jail for Criminal threats, Possession of narcotics, and Possession of narcotics paraphernalia.  Anyone with additional information can contact Deputy Frick at 559-733-6218.
