Suspect: Name: Melissa Gutierrez, Age:39yrs, Height: 505 Weight: 240

Narrative: On Saturday February 20^th 2016, Deputies responded to the Martha’s Mexican Food restaurant parking lot, in regards to a possible fight in progress.

Deputies arrived and discovered the suspect damaged two vehicles in the parking lot, by striking them with a metal object.  The suspect then confronted the victim’s, brandished a make shift weapon and threatened to injure the victims with the object.

The suspect was contacted in the area and was taken into custody without incident.

This case is under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
