On 10-23-2016 at approximately 0245 hours, Deputies responded to the 700 block of South Main Street, Pixley, in regards to Criminal Threats. The reporting party advised she was outside when four subjects walked up to her. One of the subjects made criminal threats stating he would kill her, her kids, and her ex-husband.

The suspect was known to the victim. He was identified as Eura Harper, age 20, of Pixley. He was arrested without incident. This case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s office.
