On 11-23-16 at 1012 hours, deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of South Alta Vista, Porterville regarding criminal threats being made. Upon arrival, deputies attempted to contact the suspect; however the suspect fled on foot and was unable to be located. It was later determined the suspect threatened to kill the victim and his family.
