On 04/21/2017 at approximately 0937 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Pixley Substation were dispatched to the area of Tule Road and Center Avenue, in Alpaugh. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the victim who stated he was threatened by a 19-year-old male identified as Oscar Garay with a gun. The victim stated that Oscar pointed the firearm and told him to curse a local Sureno criminal street gang. Garay was later contacted and arrested for making criminal threats. While Deputies were at Garay’s house, Deputies located a honey oil lab inside the residence. Additional charges were added for the manufacturing of honey oil.
